Interior design is designing the interiors. As it is simply defined, it is not as simple as that when it comes to the practice of interior designing. It is as complex as you can imagine. When we talk about interior design, we go deeply into the principles of designing and much research in terms of using form, materials, color matching, accessories and many others.

There are three main elements that sets the boundaries in designing the interiors. These are the walls, floors and the ceiling. Each of these element needs to be well taken care of. The interior designer has all the challenges in the implementation of the design. The design concept alone would give a strong foundation in the composition of the design.

There are also different categories in designing a space, we have the residential interiors, commercial, industrial, institutional, religious and many more. The designers task before doing his own interpretation of the design is to do a lot of research work. The formulation of the design concept are backed up with a strong influence of his design philosophies.
